State Farm realized it needed to revamp the way it approached its labor and real estate. With the goal of attracting and retaining top talent, State Farm sought to slash turnover costs by consolidating into three regional hubs. The CityLine campus provides employees with more than 40 restaurants and retailers in a walkable, amenity-rich environment surrounded by nearly 4,000 residential units. Proximity to the DART rail line and ample parking offers reliable access for employees. The urban setting in suburban Richardson has provided State Farm with the tools to thrive into the future.
