As Vice President of Design and Construction, David Fisk oversees the project management of Pioneer Natural Resources’ new 1,100,000 SF headquarters building located in the Hidden Ridge mixed-use development in Las Colinas, TX. Prior to that project David was an integral part of Phase Two of State Farm at CityLine. In this role he has managed the ongoing development of a 500,000 SF, 12 level office tower on top of a six level 700,000 SF parking structure located in KDC’s CityLine mixed-use project. David was also heavily involved with the development of a 200,000 SF data center for a confidential client in Olathe, Kansas and a 129,000 SF data center for a confidential client in Richardson, Texas.
David’s background consists of 18 years of project management including everything from pre-construction and construction services, client relations, budgeting, contract negotiations, GMP pricing, scheduling, assuring proper coordination of all project activities, and training and oversight of project teams. David completed projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area and Albuquerque, NM.
David received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. Outside of the office David enjoys coaching his daughters’ soccer teams and fly fishing.
