Dallas 24 Hour Club

Project Type: Office

Founded in 1969, Dallas 24 Hour Club has been serving the community for 48 years by providing safe, sober transitional living for homeless men and women seeking a new life away from drugs and alcohol. Their old facility will be replaced by a two-story, 14,000-square-foot building at the club’s original location on Ross Avenue, increasing the nonprofit’s annual accommodation from 300 to 400 people. This project demonstrates the collaborative nature of the Dallas real estate community as more than 100 local companies joined KDC to provide financial support and/or services for this new facility.
