The turn-key build-to-suit services provided will be offered 1 mile south east of Uptown Charlotte. 125 Baldwin’s Neighborhood, Elizabeth, is consistently rated among the best places to live in Charlotte. New Shops, up-scale restaurants and revitalization in the area has created a vibrant community work and live.
The new development will be situated on Baldwin Avenue, between 3rd and 4th Street with plans to create convenient access points to the area’s major thoroughfares.
This transformational project will create a dynamic environment featuring 512,000 square feet of class A office space, a hotel offering 240 rooms, and 16,500 square feet of total retail space in a walkable community. 125 Baldwin is also one block away from Charlotte’s Gold Line, which currently funded upgrades, allowing for a quicker, higher tech, commute into Mid-Town Charlotte. The Gold Line project started in Spring of 2017 and the new line is set to open in 2021.
