Looking for an updated facility to improve recruiting outcomes and increase retention rates, Raytheon – the $24 billion defense contractor – sought to relocate 1,950 employees from an outdated nearby campus to a dynamic mixed-use development. Raytheon chose CityLine for its proximity to a multitude of amenities, access to major freeways and public transit and its ability to offer security and privacy.

The project was celebrated with a key ceremony in October 2015, followed by a ribbon cutting in May 2016.
