During the seven years that Tyler Ross worked at NIKE Inc.’s world headquarters, handling interior design-related projects, he took the company’s slogan, “Just Do It” to heart. When he had the opportunity relocate to Dallas and to join KDC in 2015, the native Oregonian just did it.
As a vice president of design and construction at KDC, Tyler is focused on managing new development projects from design through closeout. He stays busy managing clients, architects, and contractor teams, as well as budgeting and reporting.

Growing up in a small town in southern Oregon and attended Oregon State University where he played football. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management and Minor in Business Administration and signed on with a general contractor.
Tyler came to KDC in 2015 bringing his extensive experience managing construction projects throughout multiple regions in the US including the Pacific Northwest, the Northeast and Southwest. “I love how committed everyone is to doing the right thing for our clients,” he says.
Tyler has made an impact on several projects for KDC including Toyota’s North American headquarters, State Farm Insurance, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Pioneer Natural Resources, and Raytheon.
Tyler and his wife, Dani, have three young sons, and they spend a lot of time together as a family, they enjoy traveling the world together.
