KDC COMPLETES NEW 32,000-SF REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS FOR PSA, LLC - A MED3OOO INC. COMPANY

Ribbon-cutting ceremony to be held on Wednesday, March 7 at 11:30 a.m. for facility in Florence, SC

FLORENCE, S.C. – (March 5, 2012) – KDC, one of America’s leading commercial real estate and investment firms, has announced the completion of a new 32,000-square-foot regional headquarters for PSA, LLC - a MED3OOO Inc. company, a national leader in healthcare management and technology products and services.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on Wednesday, March 7 at 11:30 a.m. for the new

$5.5 million facility, located at 1362 Celebration Blvd. in Florence, SC.

“This was a great opportunity to develop a build-to-suit regional headquarters for a growing healthcare management company,” said Larry Wilson, president of KDC’s Charlotte, NC-based southeast division. “The final product will provide PSA employees with an updated, modern facility customized to fit their specific needs.”

The new, one-story facility will house approximately 265 employees. Employees will move from PSA’s current location at 181 East Evans Street in Florence into the new headquarters on March 16. The new headquarters will open on March 19.

“Florence County Council is pleased we partnered with PSA to make this expansion possible,” said K.G. “Rusty” Smith, Chairman of Florence County Council. “We often hear about the new companies coming to town but it’s also exciting to see an existing industry continuing to grow here.”

Senator Hugh K. Leatherman said, “For a company to go from leasing office space to building their own new facility shows their long-term commitment to Florence County. We congratulate them on their expansion.”

“PSA’s consistent growth over the past 17 years since it began in Florence is a testament to our strong business that we are proud of,” said Jane Gaskins, controller, PSA, LLC. “We are all very excited to be expanding into our new space and the continued growth it has been designed for.”

BB+M Architecture served as the project architect, and Choate served as the general contractor. Cresa Partners represented PSA in the new regional headquarters transaction. KDC developed the facility for XEL Florence L.P., an affiliate of Lexington Corporate Properties.
