About Us
Since 1989, KDC has partnered with leading national companies to deliver 37 million square feet of high-performance real estate valued at over $11 billion in 40+ markets.
We specialize in build-to-suit projects, including office buildings and towers, mixed-use developments, corporate office campuses, mission-critical data centers, and industrial facilities. Our years of experience mean we anticipate and solve challenges, while delivering projects on schedule and on budget.
Headquartered in Dallas, KDC is supported by a national team with offices in Atlanta and Charlotte.
“KDC had an incredible all-star team, not a team of individual all-stars.”
