Robert Child and Brooks Bond have joined the KDC team. Robert has been appointed Executive Vice President of Data Center Development at KDC, where he leads the firm’s national data center platform and oversees its expanded offerings for the digital infrastructure sector. Brooks joins KDC as a Development Associate, supporting the firm’s national data center development platform.

The term “commercial real estate” is a broad category describing income-generating properties. Within that classification are multiple assets (office, industrial, retail and residential rentals) and actions (buying, selling and financing).

Wells Fargo’s two-building, 800,000-square-foot regional headquarters campus broke ground in April 2023 a mere 30 months later, on October 22, 2025, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the opening of their timeless, sustainable and organic regional campus.

On October 3, 2025, friends, colleagues, and community partners joined us at the historic Cedar Crest Golf Course in South Dallas for the second annual Cedar Crest Classic 4 Kids. What started as a fun day of golf turned into something even bigger — together, we raised more than $200,000 to support local youth nonprofits.
