Remember a couple of years ago when the CRE industry could not develop speculative industrial projects fast enough to meet the demand? Then interest rates shifted and other challenges bubbled up. Now we are in a slight cooling-down period, according to KDC’s Eric Hage, and companies are now looking at a build-to-suit industrial strategy that is a good solution in today’s market. The year 2024 marks three decades during which JPMorgan Chase has been active in North Louisiana. And the company has another reason to celebrate this year, as developer KDC launched construction in early July on a 50,000-square-foot Operations Center in the region.
