We are excited to welcome three new team members to KDC, each bringing a unique skill set, perspective, and area of focus that will enhance our capabilities and support our firmwide initiatives.

Paul Sesto – Vice President, Design & Construction

As KDC’s Vice President, Design & Construction, Paul Sesto oversees the lifecycle of real estate development projects, from pre-development, design and scheduling to construction management and execution.

Sesto’s experience includes delivering complex, large-scale projects across multiple industries, including mission critical, healthcare and commercial real estate.

Prior to KDC, he spent over ten years with Turner Construction in New York City and Dallas, managing projects for clients including Baylor Scott and White, Tishman Speyer, Boston Properties, Wells Fargo, Twitter and Apple.

He also served as Goldman Sachs’ Vice President, Engineering and Critical Systems Manager, where he oversaw building systems and operations across Texas and Latin America and played a key role in developing the firm’s Dallas campus.

Sesto earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Clarkson University. Originally from Long Island, NY, Sesto moved to Dallas in 2018.

Sesto lives in historic downtown McKinney, with his wife, Sasha, and two dogs, Lincoln and Jackson. Outside of work, he is a history buff, a loyal New York sports fan and an enthusiastic golfer.

Michael Ozymy, Investment Associate

Michael Ozymy joined the KDC team as an Investment Associate, where he will support our continued growth and investment strategy.

In this role, Michael will work closely with KDC’s investment team on deal management and related initiatives. His focus is on financial analysis, modeling, and underwriting.

Prior to joining KDC, Michael spent several years at J.P. Morgan where he served as both an analyst and associate. He graduated from Columbia University in New York with a degree in engineering and computer science and has FINRA 66 and 7 licenses. A former varsity baseball player, Michael competed at both high school and collegiate levels.

When he’s not working, Michael enjoys spending time with friends, cooking and running.

Morgan Messina, Executive Assistant

As executive assistant, Morgan Messina provides high-level administrative support to KDC’s senior leadership. Messina uses her organizational and project management skills to monitor financial planning and budgets, along with coordination of executive outreach and special projects on behalf of the leadership team. She also compiles research and data to generate briefs that support decision-making, while serving as a liaison between KDC’s board of directors and leadership.

In her previous job, Messina served as Thruline Marketing’s director of accounts, where she monitored account metrics to track campaign performance, served as a liaison between clients and internal teams to align on timelines and deliverables, and handled affiliate partner relationships.
