In the last 30 years, we have developed 140 office and industrial buildings, totaling 33 Million SF with a value in excess of $9 Billion. We have developed buildings from 14,000 sf to 2.1 Million SF. We have performed in markets all across the country, from Tampa, FL to Yakima, WA and from Pasadena, CA to Hagerstown, MD.

Acquisitions

Occasionally our clients are culturally ready for a new facility but are locked into their existing real estate. Our strong balance sheet allows us to assume responsibility for assets which no longer fit a company’s talent and operations strategy, so they can move forward with new build-to-suit projects.

Land Partnerships

KDC has not traditionally been a land owner, but we have had tremendously successful partnerships with owners of great sites in many different markets around the country. With a flexible JV agreement and transparent approach, KDC develops these sites into mixed-use or corporate office environments. Our process puts land owners in a position to realize greater returns with their land holdings than possible with a one-time sale.
