MCKINNEY, Texas – (Sept. 16, 2019) – KDC, a leading developer of corporate build-to-suit campus projects for companies such as State Farm, JP Morgan Chase and Toyota, announced it will develop a 200,000-square-foot facility for Raytheon at its Space and Airborne Systems headquarters in McKinney, Texas. Construction is slated for completion in late 2020.

In 2014, KDC developed a 489,000 square-foot office complex for Raytheon at CityLine, a 186-acre mixed use development in Richardson, Texas, which is also home to State Farm’s DFW operations.
