The challenge for KDC and Digital Realty was to deliver site and shell construction of data center sites on a hyper-fast schedule. The way to meet those challenges was planning. A thorough review of design and construction details allowed the development process and site buildability to be improved. Targeted incentives motivated employees to think critically and act strategically at all stages of design and construction.
