D CEO’s program recognizes outstanding projects, deals, and industry players, and KDC is honored to be part of this great list. KDC’s Pioneer Natural Resources Headquarters is included in Hidden Ridge, which won the “Best New Mixed-Use Project” category. Additionally, KDC’s The Epic in Deep Ellum has won “Best Community Impact-Deal of the Year”!
