KDC was back this summer as the Grand Marshal of Dallas CASA’s 28^th Annual Parade of Playhouses at NorthPark Center. The company is an integral part of the fundraiser from coordinating the architects, builders, companies, and individuals that design and construct the houses, to volunteering and providing financial support. Each year, the public is invited for a chance to win a playhouse. Parade of Playhouses raises critical funds and builds awareness for Dallas CASA, an agency that seeks to protect children. This year’s playhouses included a NASA spaceship, a theater hobbit house and more.

More than 10,000 raffle tickets were sold this summer as part of CASA’s 2023 Parade of Playhouses, which wrapped up in late July. The raffle items included 13 playhouses as well as a $1,000 NorthPark Gift Card and a Luca Doncic Autographed Dallas Mavericks Package. Raffle ticket sales were up 42% from 2022, returning to pre-COVID numbers. More than $125,000 dollars was raised to support Dallas CASA.
