Following a successful groundbreaking ceremony last May, construction continues for Jubilee Clinic, a 15,000-square-foot clinic in Southeast Dallas that will provide health care services to the local community. KDC is acting as a consultant throughout the development of Jubilee Clinic, which is located at 820 Ann Avenue in Dallas. The new clinic will offer a variety of medical services including a primary medical and dental clinic staffed by the Parkland Hospital. Additionally, low-income residents will have access to a free mental and behavioral clinic in partnership with the Jewish Family Service of Dallas and free programs supporting nutrition and fitness by the Jubilee Park & Community Center.

“Giving back is at the heart of KDC. And, developing a clinic in a medically underserved area of Dallas is a project that will build a stronger community for years to come,” said Toby Grove, president of KDC. “It has truly been a privilege to work with the local community, the City of Dallas and our business partners to create a clinic that can be replicated in other communities.”

Projected to open in the summer of 2022, Jubilee Clinic is set to serve 3,500 people in its first full operating year.
