State Farm at Park Center Building II is now complete! The 22-story, 670,000-square-foot building was finished on a 36-month schedule, and State Farm will occupy 100% of the building, except for the street-level retail. We’ve accomplished this project with an outstanding safety record, evidenced by how we have already hit more than 2 million man hours without a lost-time incident.

We couldn’t have achieved these goals without our incredible project team. Thank you to our KDC team, State Farm, Cooper Carry, Holder Construction, the City of Dunwoody and everyone else who had a hand in this project.
