KDC welcomes Aarica Mims as Senior Vice President / Director of Leasing. In her new role, Mims will implement and lead KDC’s new leasing platform and build the leasing team. She will focus on acquisitions, multi-tenant office leasing, and ground-up builds, as well as leasing single-tenant corporate build-to-suit developments.
