Jim George is KDC’s Development Program Manager.
Based in the Atlanta office, he is responsible for all physical development elements of Atlanta projects. He oversees all aspects of a project from concept to occupancy, including due diligence, entitlements, master planning, zoning, budgeting, design, construction and real estate issues such as easements and commercial condominium documents. Jim has over 40 years of experience, bringing a seasoned and highly experienced perspective to commercial real estate projects.
Jim earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from Mississippi State University, his Master of Science in Construction management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Post Master’s Studies in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
His experience includes all forms of retail, office, medical office, mixed-use, and multiple-use projects.
He holds a Georgia Real Estate License, a Professional Engineering License, and a Structural Engineering License.
Jim is also a retired Captain, (CEC), U.S. Naval Reserve.
