As Vice President of KDC’s Atlanta, GA office, Tracey Hatcher leads the tenant improvement and design efforts for office and retail construction and retrofit projects throughout the southeast. She manages the entire construction process, as well as furniture procurement, installations and workplace relocations. Hatcher routinely oversees budgets, project scheduling, design teams, contractors, signage and art procurement and installations.

Before joining KDC in 2015, Hatcher worked as Bank of America’s Vice President, Corporate Workplace Senior Project Manager and Vice President, Project Development and Services Senior Project Manager with Merrill Lynch. Other positions include Project Manager with Trammell Crow and Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum, and Senior Client Facilities Manager with The Coca-Cola Company.

Hatcher earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Atlanta College of Art. She is a LEED Associate with the U.S. Green Building Council, and a member of CREW Network, and CREW Atlanta, where she regularly serves as a mentor. Hatcher regularly enjoys volunteers volunteering for Habitat for Humanity.

She is married with one adult child.
