Jenny Houseman to focus on business development in Southeast

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – September 25, 2014 – KDC, one of America’s leading commercial real estate development and investment companies, continues to expand its Charlotte operations with the appointment of Jenny Houseman as vice president. Houseman joins the Charlotte office from KDC’s Dallas headquarters.

As vice president, Houseman’s initial focus will be on new business development, with an emphasis on broker relations and land ventures in the Carolinas. She will be based at KDC’s Charlotte office but will assist with new business efforts in other markets in the Southeast, including Atlanta.

“Jenny has done excellent work with the KDC team in Dallas and we welcomed the opportunity to have her join our Charlotte team,” said Larry Wilson, KDC. “She is well versed in all phases of the development process and understands what Corporate America is seeking in the office market.”

Houseman has worked with KDC for more than seven years on significant projects, including Intellicenter-Dallas, Denbury Resources and The Campus at Legacy. Houseman graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia. She is actively involved in the Developing Leaders Forum through NAIOP and has held leadership positions on The Real Estate Council’s Young Guns core committee as well as North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors YPF Forum.
