DENVER – July 17, 2025—KDC, one of the nation’s leading real estate development and investment firms, and master-land developer L.C. Fulenwider, Inc., announced the availability of new build-to-suit sites at the 490-acre, mixed-use Peña Station. This offering includes multiple parcels, totaling 65 acres that can accommodate up to 3 million square feet of build-to-suit office and tech space. The shovel-ready land is adjacent to United Airlines’ 113-acre site, which is slated for a future flight-training center and office space.
The 65-acre site, located at Yampa Street and Telluride Way, offers corporate and business users outstanding access to Denver International Airport (DEN) with proximity to the Regional Transit District (RTD) commuter rail line, which links the airport to downtown Denver. Peña Station, a transit-oriented development, is served by the 61st and Peña Station commuter rail stop, the first from the airport.
DEN launched its multibillion-dollar, multi-year renovation in 2022 with an eye toward eventually serving 100 million passengers who travel to and through the Mile High City.
