WEST DES MOINES, Iowa – (August 5, 2021) – KDC, a leading developer and acquirer of award-winning mixed-use projects and corporate build-to-suit campus projects for major companies, has completed construction of Sammons Financial Group’s new corporate headquarters in West Des Moines, Iowa.

The 217,000-square-foot Class A office building, located at 8300 Mills Civic Parkway, features six stories of innovative design, creating space for current and future employees and contractors to work collaboratively. Sammons Financial Group’s new corporate home unites all the company’s West Des Moines-area offices under one roof with space allocated for expansion in the next 10 to 20 years.

The building features a contemporary design, additional collaborative space and a two-story amenity area with outdoor access to walking trails surrounding the property. KDC and Sammons Financial Group worked together on these additions to attract and retain new and existing talent.
