Project was completed on time and on budget despite record rainfall this spring

RICHARDSON, Texas – (Nov. 5, 2015) – KDC, a leading developer in Texas, hosted a key ceremony to symbolically mark the end of construction on Raytheon Company’s (NYSE: RTN) new 489,000-square-foot office complex at the developer’s 186-acre mixed-use CityLine project in Richardson, Texas.

Construction on the new facility, located at 1717 East CityLine Drive on the southwest corner of President George Bush Turnpike and Wyndham Lane, started in June 2014. The lead project team, comprised of Adolfson & Peterson Construction, HKS Architects, Raytheon and KDC, managed to complete the corporate campus on time and on budget, despite record rainfall in the spring.

Raytheon’s new complex includes three campus-style buildings that will house 1,700 employees. Raytheon will begin moving into the new facility this month.
