KDC PROMOTES MICHAEL ALOST TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
DALLAS – (Jan. 7, 2015) – KDC, one of America’s leading commercial real estate development and investment companies, has promoted Michael Alost to the position of senior vice president. In this role, Alost is overseeing infrastructure development and other aspects of CityLine and is part of the leadership team for Toyota’s new North American Headquarters.

Alost joined the KDC team in 2013 as vice president. Prior to joining KDC, Alost had a 27-year career in Louisiana and across the Gulf South. He has managed more than $800 million in construction; including hospitality, multifamily, education, healthcare and large-scale publicly funded projects. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Northwestern State University and his Master of Architecture from Texas A&M University.
