KDC is proud to announce the promotions of Jeremy Hunt and Phillip McDavid to Vice President of Design & Construction, recognizing their leadership, expertise and significant contributions to the firm's continued growth and project success.

In their new roles, Phillip and Jeremy will lead collaboration with clients, design teams and general contractors to deliver KDC's best-in-class build-to-suit developments.

Jeremy Hunt

Jeremy joined KDC in 2021 and most recently served as senior project manager for the Wells Fargo Las Colinas campus. His collaborative leadership, commitment to excellence and problem-solving approach were instrumental to the project's success. In his new role, Jeremy will continue partnering with clients, design teams and contractors to deliver premier build-to-suit developments across Dallas-Fort Worth and beyond.

Phillip McDavid

Since joining KDC in 2021, Phillip has played a key role in several major projects, including Independent Financial's Bank Rollout Program and Oncor's Distribution Hub, while leading numerous preconstruction, predevelopment and site due diligence efforts. He has also been instrumental in expanding KDC's presence in the data center sector, including the firm's Central Texas data center development. Known for his analytical mindset and attention to detail, Phillip will continue helping drive KDC's strategic growth.
