Phillip McDavid is a Vice President with KDC’s Design & Construction group.

In his day-to-day role, McDavid works with clients and represents them by coordinating with general contractors and design firms. He employs a detail-oriented, curious, and analytical approach in his role as a manager.

Prior to joining KDC, he was a Senior Project Engineer at Hage Construction.

McDavid earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology/Construction Management from the University of North Texas.

McDavid and his wife currently reside in Dallas.
