Zoning approval paves the way for the development of state-of-the-art data centers.

KDC announced today an agreement to market and develop Taylor HQ, a 150-acre site in Taylor, Texas. KDC will pursue build-to-suit opportunities for manufacturing, office, logistics, warehousing, data center and other uses.

KDC received approval from Dunwoody City Council on its proposed rezoning of Park Center’s fourth phase on the last undeveloped portion of the campus.
