Wells Fargo's future campus in Irving could set a new standard for sustainable workplace design, boasting a modern aesthetic and the company's first net-positive energy system. Once complete, the campus is expected to generate more energy than it uses, while also providing a collaborative environment that prioritizes employee wellness and productivity through on-site gyms, nearby outdoor activities, and more.

Campus will be Wells Fargo’s first net-positive office, generating more energy than it uses.
