TOP POT DONUTS TO OPEN THIRD TEXAS LOCATION AT KDC’S CITYLINE

Seattle-based chain known for hand-forged gourmet donuts and hand-roasted coffee

RICHARDSON, Texas – (Feb. 12, 2015) – KDC, one of America’s leading commercial real estate development and investment firms, today announced that Top Pot Donuts will join CityLine, the company’s 186-acre mixed-use project in Richardson, Texas.

Top Pot offers made-daily varieties of hand-forged donuts, fresh roasted coffee, locally made pastries, and a variety of sandwiches. Menu items include over forty kinds of donuts with zero grams of trans fat, including the old fashioned, cake, filled and fritter. The exceptional quality, vintage aesthetic, and personal customer service is designed to get the customer’s day started out right.

“Top Pot will become part of the morning and lunch routine for those wanting a quick and fresh item while walking to work or just taking a break from the office.”

This is only be the third Top Pot location outside of Seattle, where the company originated. The first Texas location opened in the May of 2014 in Dallas at the corner of Hillcrest Road and Northwest Highway, and the second on Greenville Avenue this spring.

The 1,371-square foot Top Pot Donuts location is scheduled to open in the summer of 2015. It will be located in the base of Three CityLine at 1251 State Street.

KDC’s CityLine, located in Richardson, Texas is a 186-acre mixed-use development that features dense urban development with easy access to office, residential, entertainment, parks and DART light rail network.

State Farm is leasing two million square feet in four office towers from KDC at CityLine, and KDC is also developing a 489,000-square-foot office complex for Raytheon at the development.
