As one of the world’s leading financial services providers, Credit Suisse is expanding their existing operations in Research Triangle Park to recruit and retain top talent. KDC was the developer of Credit Suisse’s existing project in RTP and proud to have been selected to develop the expansion project.

Surrounded by natural beauty, the 62 acre site will express the brand and vision of the organization by creating enhanced employee amenities, connecting occupants in multiple buildings and providing enhanced access to outdoor areas.

The Project includes a new 205,000 square foot, four-story building, and the renovation of the existing 205,000 square foot building to support Credit Suisse’s organizational changes and new ways of working. The buildings will include modern amenities. The overall design will express the organization’s commitment to quality design and sustainability goals. Improvements to the site include new entry and exit points, signage and wayfinding, and traffic safety logistics. The employee experience will be enhanced through a variety of outdoor spaces for collaboration and recreation.

Site work began in March 2018 and the completion of the new building is scheduled for June 2019. The renovation of the existing building will start in 2019. When complete, this smart and sustainable campus will be home to over 3,000 associates.
