KDC completed a 265,000-square-foot build-to-suit for the corporate headquarters of FedEx Office at Legacy West in September 2015. Located on a prominent 20-acre site at the northeast corner of Legacy Drive and Headquarters Drive, the facility includes a four-story building, parking for 1,200 cars, a corporate café, a fitness center, an outdoor basketball court, and a “company store” featuring a mock-up of FedEx Office services and equipment. The site has been designed to accommodate future growth plans for FedEx Office. An estimated 1,200 employees moved into the new complex in fall 2015.
