The Legacy West campus for JPMorgan Chase was a huge success for the local business lines. JPMC consolidated space from Centreport, Addison and Lewisville, among others, and have used this facility to accommodate their business growth as well. The location and walkability to Legacy West town center, along with the connected campus environment and amentizied “main street” that connects the buildings has made this an extremely desirable workplace for employees. This campus is on the cutting edge of workplace and floorplate layouts, furniture systems, technology in the buildings, and on-site employee amenities like dining and daycare. Demand has been so high for this campus that JPMC has elected to build a “Phase II” which will comprise of 540,000 SF of additional office, along with structured parking. The campus will be able to house another 4,000 employees with the expansion. Many of these jobs are from the local business units clamoring to be on this site, but many are also jobs relocated from New York.
