The JPMorgan Chase Operations Center is located on five acres along Woodward Avenue in Ruston, Louisiana. The 50,000 square foot facility serves as an extension of the Chase Operations Center in Monroe, Louisiana, enhancing the company’s operational capacity across the Southeastern United States.

The Ruston Operations Center handles a range of activities, including recording, archiving, and custodial services for home loans, auto loans, and securities. The facility opened in 2025 with 50 employees and has the capacity to grow to 200, underscoring JPMorgan Chase’s commitment to long-term growth in Ruston.

The project broke ground in November 2023, with vertical construction beginning in July 2024. HKS served as the architect and Lincoln Builders, Inc. was the general contractor.

The building design supports Chase’s operational efficiency and employee growth, creating a modern and functional environment for its workforce. The facility represents an important investment in the Ruston community and strengthens the company’s presence in North Louisiana.
