Jubilee Park Community Clinic

820 Ann Ave, Dallas, TX, 75223

KDC is proud to be part of a collaborative effort to improve healthcare access in one of Dallas’ most underserved communities. This joint venture between Jubilee Park & Community Center, Parkland Health, and Jewish Family Service, with development and construction led by KDC, Kirksey Architecture, and Rogers-O’Brien Construction, is bringing a much-needed health clinic to a 62-block area between Fair Park and Interstate 30.

The new facility is a direct response to the 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment, which identified this neighborhood as having significant health disparities and limited access to medical services. Once completed, the clinic is expected to serve 3,500 patients in its first year, with the capacity to grow to 7,000 patients annually in the years to come.

By offering a full range of primary care and mental health services in a trusted, community-based setting, the clinic will help reduce barriers to care, improve health outcomes, and strengthen the overall well-being of families in the area. This project represents a shared commitment to creating healthier communities through strategic partnerships, thoughtful design, and equitable development.
