KDC broke ground in November 2014 on the new two-story, 68,950-square-foot office building at 681 Greens Parkway in Houston, which is now home to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction Ltd. The build-to-suit project includes a 5,000-square-foot design center to showcase Village Builders’ in-home product offerings, plus an open, two-story lobby. It is adjacent to a five-acre detention pond, which features a walking trail and extensive landscaping. Employees moved into the new office building in October 2015.
