A first of its kind in Deep Ellum, the Epic is a mixed-use project that combines office, multifamily, retail, and a boutique hotel to create a natural transition from the iconic skyscrapers of Dallas into the intimate neighborhood of Deep Ellum. The Epic reflects the cultural abundance of Deep Ellum’s past and embraces its thriving future, essentially becoming the gateway into Deep Ellum. The internal streets surrounded by the residential tower, office, multi family, and hotel create a pedestrian friendly area of discovery, connecting modern functionality to this historically rich neighborhood.
