Opportunity:
Within the site, KDC is offering 512,000 square feet of Class A office space. Elizabeth, 125 Baldwin’s neighborhood, is consistently rated among the best places to live in Charlotte. New shops, up-scale restaurants, and revitalization in the area have created a vibrant community to work and live.

Location:
The new development is situated on Baldwin Avenue, between 3rd and 4th Street, with plans to create convenient access points to the area’s major thoroughfares. The turn-key build-to-suit services provided are offered 1 mile southeast of Uptown Charlotte.

Plans:
