Brooks Bond, Development Associate, supports KDC’s national data center development platform. He helps manage projects from concept to completion by working with KDC’s on-site design and development teams and acting as an essential resource to the firm’s clients.

Bond handles market research and analysis, generates pro forma financial models, tracks budgets, and oversees construction activities. He tracks project statuses and develops and disseminates progress reports to clients and investors.

Before joining KDC, Bond worked at CSR Capital Partners, where he conducted detailed revenue analyses of contracts and assisted in developing presentations for fundraising initiatives to institutional investors. Additionally, Bond was with Liberty Property Company, where he partnered with the Capital Markets team on multifamily, retail, industrial and office property transactions.

Bond received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics. He lives in Dallas.
