Caroline Farmer joined KDC in June 2024 as the company’s marketing coordinator.

Her responsibilities include supporting the marketing team in strategic planning, implementation, and execution of KDC’s marketing initiatives while working with executives and the business development team to coordinate bids and proposals. Farmer also implements KDC’s quarterly newsletters, reviews all marketing materials for brand standards and consistency, and oversees KDC’s social media efforts.

Farmer’s previous position was with Crescent Real Estate, where she developed marketing materials to showcase the company’s properties and their features. She also participated in property tours and created content for the Crescent website.

Additionally, Farmer worked at Goff Capital, where she supported the company’s marketing efforts through content development, website management, and social media administration.

Farmer earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
