As Vice President of Design and Construction, Marc leads the design and construction efforts for KDC’s Houston office. He brings to the role expertise in all aspects of project development, with a primary focus in construction project management and extensive experience in preconstruction and estimating.

Marc’s background includes more than 13 years of construction management experience at one of the largest regional commercial construction companies. During this time, he successfully managed a number of large-scale projects, including complex renovations, new hospitals, research buildings, and high rise office buildings, all ranging from $15MM to $300MM.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. In his free time, he enjoys running the trails at Houston’s Memorial Park.
