Toby Grove

Real estate veteran Toby Grove serves as president of KDC. In this role, Grove oversees KDC’s corporate development, acquisition, and financing activities, and he is involved in the company’s strategic planning and new business development. He also directs the daily operations at the company’s Dallas headquarters and regional offices.

In his more than four decades in the industry, Grove has developed 40 million square feet of industrial and office product and developed and sold over 5,000 acres. He joined KDC in 1994 and over the years, Grove worked with KDC CEO Steve Van Amburgh to grow the firm, establishing ongoing relationships with Corporate America.

Grove, a native of Dallas, was inducted into the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals (NTCAR) Hall of Fame in 2018. He is a board member with The Robert and Margaret Folsom Institute for Real Estate at Southern Methodist University.

Grove earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University. He is a world traveler and is married with a daughter.
