As Senior Vice President of KDC Site Acquisitions, Clayton Kendall identifies and secures strategic development sites, driving growth through acquisitions and key partnerships. He has more than 15 years of experience in land acquisition, brokerage, and development throughout Texas.

Before joining KDC, Kendall owned Azalea Land Advisors and previously held leadership roles at TNW Corporation, Reynolds and Lapp Commercial, and the Rees-Jones Foundation. His experience spans land acquisition, commercial real estate brokerage, development, and government affairs.

A Dallas native, Kendall earned a finance degree from Baylor University and lives in Dallas with his wife and three children.
