Larry Wilson joined KDC’s Charlotte, NC office in 2005 to build the company’s presence in the southeast. As division president, he is responsible for strategic planning and administration of KDC’s development and investment activities in the region.
In his time with KDC, Wilson worked on State Farm at Park Center, a 1.7-million, three-building development in Atlanta, GA’s Perimeter Center. He also spearheaded the construction of the 166,000-square-foot FBI field office building in Salt Lake City, UT.
Before working with KDC, Wilson served as Crescent Resources’ Regional Vice President and Prentiss Properties’ Development Officer. He launched his real estate career in Dallas, TX, working for the Canadian firm Cadillac Fairview while attending Southern Methodist University.
Wilson transferred to Georgia State University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies while working full-time on the construction of Cadillac Fairview’s 50-story, 1.1-million-square-foot IBM Tower in Atlanta. He also helped spearhead the property’s sale to Sumitomo Life Insurance Company.
Wilson is a member of NAIOP. He and his wife have two adult children, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren.
