Lee Timmins is Vice President of KDC Site Acquisitions, leading KDC’s new site acquisition and development opportunities. He has over 15 years of experience identifying and transacting on new acquisition and development investments in the digital infrastructure, multifamily, and mixed-use real estate spaces.

He began his career with Highstar Capital, focusing on private infrastructure investments, before holding progressively senior roles at Crown Castle Incorporated, Ventera Realty Management, Storybuilt, and CyrusOne. His experience encompasses real estate acquisitions, financial underwriting, development, and entitlements.

Originally from Houston but living in Dallas, Timmins holds a degree in Finance from the University of Texas and an MBA from Rice University. Lee is an active member in The Real Estate Council (TREC) and annually volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as well as the Bike MS: Texas MS 150.
