As executive assistant, Morgan Messina provides high-level administrative support to KDC’s senior leadership. She reports directly to company president Eric Hage.

Messina uses her organizational and project management skills to monitor financial planning and budgets, along with coordination of executive outreach and special projects on behalf of the leadership team. She also compiles research and data to generate briefs that support decision-making, while serving as a liaison between KDC’s board of directors and leadership.

In her previous job, Messina served as Thruline Marketing’s director of accounts, where she monitored account metrics to track campaign performance, served as a liaison between clients and internal teams to align on timelines and deliverables, and handled affiliate partner relationships.

She also held project management roles, managing ventures from initiation to implementation, monitoring timelines, developing materials and presentations, and attending industry trade shows and conferences.

Messina received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and is a volunteer Court-Appointed Special Advocate for Dallas CASA.
