KDC has been selected to develop the new corporate headquarters for Independent Bank Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:IBTX), the holding company for Independent Bank, at the McKinney Corporate Center Craig Ranch.

KDC has leased office space to serve as Pioneer Natural Resource’s (NYSE: PXD) new headquarters in Irving, Texas.
