Oct. 1, 2013 KDC, one of America’s leading commercial real estate development and investment firms, has announced the completion of a 75,000-square-foot broadcasting and multimedia news facility for NBC 5/KXAS-TV at The CentrePort Business Park in Fort Worth. A ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion was held today.

July 11, 2013 KDC today held a groundbreaking ceremony at its new 186-acre master-planned project in Richardson, Texas. State Farm will lease 1.5 million square feet in three towers, which are currently under construction at the development.

May 28, 2013 KDC, one of America’s leading commercial real estate and investment firms, under sub-contract with Sperry Van Ness Real Estate Advisors – Lexington, is marketing for development of a 38-acre, 250,000 square foot KDC Corporate Center at the University of Kentucky’s Coldstream Research Campus, one of the larger research campuses in the country.

April 8, 2013 KDC has hired five senior level executives to accommodate current and future development projects, including the recently announced 186-acre mixed-use development in Richardson, Texas.

February 28, 2013 KDC, one of America’s leading commercial real estate development and investment firms, has sold its remaining interest in The Campus at Legacy to its current equity partner, Spear Street Capital.
