November 5, 2013 KDC today announced it has commenced construction on a 260,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility for AdvoCare International, a premier health and wellness company celebrating its 20th year in business. Completion of the project is slated for July 2014.

October 24, 2013 Developer KDC today announced plans for the initial phase of its transit-oriented development located on 186 acres in Richardson, Texas. The company also announced the name of the development: CityLine.

Oct. 1, 2013 KDC, one of America’s leading commercial real estate development and investment firms, has announced the completion of a 75,000-square-foot broadcasting and multimedia news facility for NBC 5/KXAS-TV at The CentrePort Business Park in Fort Worth. A ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion was held today.

July 11, 2013 KDC today held a groundbreaking ceremony at its new 186-acre master-planned project in Richardson, Texas. State Farm will lease 1.5 million square feet in three towers, which are currently under construction at the development.
